In today's lesson, you will use chatgpt to revise past tenses.

Access  Chatgpt and ask for the following information about one of the verb tenses you choose for yourself. It's advisable to choose the tense you understand the least. 

Past tenses:

Past Simple

Past Progressive

Past perfect Simple

Past Perfect Progressive

When you start chatting ask Chatgpt to correct your mistakes, if any. 

Always indicate the level at which you want to get the answer (C1).


Ask about:

- the form, 

-when it is used, 

- what words or phrases used with, 

-  other structures it is used with, 

it is used :

- with what  time expressions, 

- with what  adverbs of frequency, 

-with modal auxiliaries , 

- in conditional sentences.

- in Reported Speech, 

- s the difference between would and used to

Ask it:

-  to write 10 examples for the tense you have chosen. 

-  to make a practice test for you, but without the answer key

When you are ready,  ask for the answer key and check your solutions.
